Introduction

In the Sustainability Product Line within ALDI SOUTH, we enable ALDI’s Global Sustainability Strategy with common data, integrated processes and the right technology.

Our focus is on securing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as driving ALDI’s ambition to make sustainability affordable to our customers.

We are convinced that you cannot do business without sustainability – and you cannot do sustainability without technology.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Creating analyses and decision papers for management
• Coordinating and collaborating with international and national departments
• Helping shape and drive forward strategic issues within the department
• Managing (sub-)projects, e.g. for the further development of IT sustainability
• Designing solutions to optimise existing sustainability processes

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Communication skills at different hierarchical levels
• Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way 
• Very good PowerPoint skills for creating target group-oriented presentations
• Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
• Flexibility, willingness to change and shape concepts and ideas
• Very good spoken and written German and English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Several years of professional experience in the area of sustainability, ideally with a focus on IT
• Experience working on or managing projects
• Familiarity with agile working methods is an advantage
