Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Developing, implementing and ensuring standards, processes and methods in project management
• Administering and further developing the project databas
• Preparing data, reports and presentation documents for project reporting
• Managing the overall project portfolio and evaluating the project pipeline in the infrastructure area
• Providing support in project controlling (budget, timelines, quality) and advising project managers
• Compiling, checking and analysing key project figures
• Reviewing business plans and profitability calculations
• Serving as a central point of contact for stakeholders from various business areas

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in a business or technical field, or similar qualification
• Ideally practical experience in applying project management processes, methodology and software 
• Comprehensive numerical and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint desirable
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to plan and organise independently and autonomously
• Very good presentation and communications skills
