Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Leading and managing an interdisciplinary team dedicated to analysing strategic corporate questions, leveraging data-driven methodologies
  • Extracting insights, drawing conclusions, and formulating actionable recommendations for senior management, utilising data analysis techniques
  • Organising and leading meetings with senior management for decision-making and actively managing stakeholders
  • Acting as a collaborative partner for international committees and the Executive Board
  • Coordinating workshops, training sessions, and guiding project partners 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Several years of experience in external or internal consulting roles, ideally in the food retail industry
  • Relevant professional experience in (data) analytics
  • Practical experience in methodical approaches (e.g. lean or agile) and leadership
  • Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on economics, information technology, or natural sciences
  • Employing an analytical, structured, and methodical approach with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to simplify and convey complex information effectively
  • Willingness to take charge and drive initiatives independently
  • Fluency in English with the ability to confidently deliver presentations
  • Feeling comfortable working in and leading interdisciplinary teams in a hybrid setup involving office presence, remote work as well as travel
