Your Job

What this role looks like.

 

  • Analysing and identifying potential for technological and process optimisation opportunities in our global IT Shared Service Centres 
  • Defining our AI strategy with a focus on how to best use artificial intelligence to deliver IT support 
  • Implementing state-of-the-art technology (chatbots, RPA, AI)
  • Defining, specifying and coordinating requirements jointly with specialist teams and international stakeholders for end-to-end processes
  • Independently implementing (sub-)projects – from creating solution concepts and supporting their implementation through to project completion
  • Advising our product and project teams
  • Continuously observing the IT market with regard to new technologies 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Degree (preferably with a focus on information technology or business administration) or relevant technical experience
  • Strong sense of initiative, structured methodical approach and willingness to innovate and support change
  • Experience using relevant software solutions (preferably ServiceNow) 
  • Sound process knowledge of ITIL-based IT service management 
  • (Very) good written and spoken English and German language skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience in shared services or IT support
  • Experience as a product owner
  • Experience with automation solutions and artificial intelligence
  • Experience in human-machine interaction
