Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Planning, developing, executing and monitoring project tasks related to change management together with various stakeholders
  • Applying agile project management methods to implement projects efficiently
  • Developing and executing a change management strategy (stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness analysis, supporting materials, etc.) for transformation projects 
  • Developing and optimising change communication plans, templates and materials
  • Leading, coordinating and aligning internal stakeholders across multiple business units and locations on change initiatives both in person and virtually
  • Creating and delivering a variety of materials with quick turnarounds including presentations and reports
  • Managing and prioritising tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment with a strong focus on both overarching goals and specific details, which includes recognising relationships and correlations between stakeholders and projects
     

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree or comparable qualification with a preference for change management, business, human resources, communication, technology or a related field
  • Extensive experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in organisational change management efforts and/or integrating change with project, communication and training plans
  • Experience working on large-scale and complex people, process and technology projects
  • Ability to communicate with and manage international stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including adapting the message to the audience and documenting findings and recommendations
  • Very strong self-motivation, self-direction, organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, ability to synthesise data into actionable reports and communicate concepts

 

Desirable extras.

  • Sound knowledge of and practical experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is an advantage
