Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Supporting our central “Agile Center of Excellence” with the development and introduction of our new organisational model
  • Developing our agile frameworks and adjusting these according to the needs of the company
  • Helping to shape transformation process in various areas of the organisation
  • Continuously communicating and collaborating closely with other agile pioneers 
  • Acting as an ambassador for agility within the company and motivating others to develop and live it
  • Designing agile training sessions or workshops and actively implementing these
  • Implementing “communities of practice” in an international context

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or organisational developer
  • Well-developed ability to understand the concept of agility from team to enterprise level, e.g. agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, product organisation, scaling, flight level, OKR, IT service management
  • Personal toolbox filled with various agile tools, e.g. experience in organisational development and with various agile (scaling) frameworks, methods for workshop design and visualisation tools
  • Team spirit with a high level of independence and initiative – a hands-on approach is very important to us
  • The ability to communicate with the target group in an appropriate manner and be assertive – bonus points for charm and humour
  • High level of empathy for the organisation and the people undergoing a change process
  • Very good presentation and moderation skills
  • Very good English language skills (Level C1–2, according to CEFR)

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or ServiceNow
