Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Creating and validating regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and committees
• Designing, implementing and enhancing risk management processes in an international IT environment
• Coordinating and steering the risk manager community in order to jointly raise the maturity level of risk management within the ALDI SOUTH Group
• Promoting a proactive and open risk culture through training and guidance
• Continuously identifying and assessing risks in collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
• Developing concepts and strategies as well as ensuring their proper implementation to mitigate new risks
   

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in information technology, computer science, economics or a related field 
• First experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles within an internal or external management consulting service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including discretion and a high level of confidentiality
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured work approach
• A proactive, thorough, and independent work ethic, with the ability to function well as part of an international team
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Desirable extras.

• Proven experience in (IT) project management
• Experience in management consulting
• Good command of German
