As a contact person for specialist departments and hiring managers, you will contribute your expertise in the area of talent acquisition. Your responsibilities range from sourcing to preparing offers throughout the entire end-to-end recruiting cycle. Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Recruiting IT talents for our international IT organisation
- Advising the specialist departments and hiring managers on all matters surrounding the topic of talent acquisition
- Assuming responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruiting cycle from sourcing to conducting interviews to preparing offers
- Selecting suitable candidates and a target group-oriented candidate approach
- Creating and posting target group-specific job advertisements
- Identifying, collecting and analysing KPIs and deriving suitable measures
- Tracking trends in recruiting and implementing new ideas
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree in business administration or a similar qualification with a focus on HR
- Several years of professional experience in the area of HR/recruiting
- Knowledge in conducting interviews and aptitude testing, ideally with relation to IT
- Enthusiasm for recruiting topics in a global corporate context
- Strong communication skills and an independent proactive work approach
- A high level of service orientation
- Fluency in English and German
Fixed-term contract based on two years.
