Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Responsible for personnel planning and forecasting for management areas in IT.
  • Contributing to the development of strategic personnel planning and resource management.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR team and controlling to ensure effective personnel planning and resource allocation.
  • Preparing decision templates and reports for management to support informed personnel decisions.
  • Serving as a point of contact for ad-hoc inquiries related to personnel analysis and helping to provide relevant information and reports.
  • Supporting the creation of long-term personnel strategies and objectives to plan for future personnel needs.
  • Accountable for executing Workforce Management-related projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Degree with a focus on HR, controlling or a related field of study.
  • Professional experience in human resources, controlling or accounting.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an eye for detail
  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present complex information.
  • Very good English language skills.

 

Desirable extras.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and practices and an up-to-date stand on HR trends and best practices.
  • Experience with HR controlling tools and systems is advantageous.
