YOUR JOB

  • Completing all organisational and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team and departmental management in day-to-day business as well as projects
  • Organising meetings and events at national and international level
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and organising business trips
  • Preparing correspondence in German and English
  • Welcoming visitors and business partners
  • Creating analyses and decision papers  
  • Independently handling preparations and follow-up work for appointments, presentations, meetings and project events 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship) or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience as an assistant or comparable position
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident, friendly and professional demeanour
  • Quick comprehension, flexibility and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package applications and an affinity for digital topics and technologies
