YOUR JOB

• Coordinating and further developing the International Quality Assurance department
• Managing specific non-food projects
• Advising Buying Directors on product development and selection
• Coordinating test requirements for assessing quality-relevant product characteristics
• Monitoring and evaluating test results
• Communicating with international ALDI quality assurance departments as well as external testing institutes and international suppliers

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic degree and several years of professional experience, ideally in quality assurance or quality management 
• Extensive knowledge of relevant norms, laws, guidelines and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and enjoyment in leading and motivating a team
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 applications; knowledge of databases is considered an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly as well as a structured and results-oriented work approach and strong communication skills
• Autonomous and flexible personality with an interest in working in an international environment and a high level of commitment
• Professional fluency in English and, ideally, experience working abroad
