YOUR JOB

• Providing support for and leading a team of five designers across multiple product categories for our International Specials team
• Leading designers to deliver monthly and quarterly design proposals
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders including the trend team, theme teams, buying teams, sourcing teams, and international stakeholders
• Partnering with the Buying department to apply commercial understanding to design solutions
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of design
• Experience and motivation to lead your team
• Professional design experience in implementing home and lifestyle trends tailored to the target audience
• Knowledge of relevant products and materials for tableware, cookware, kitchen accessories, cleaning and laundry items, garden planters, garden furniture, garden accessories and garden tools
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Understanding of both international and European markets would be advantageous
