Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the Change & Communication team at an IT business unit with daily tasks relating to change management and internal communication
• Assisting with the conceptualisation and creation of change management and communication content as part of projects in the field of data and analytics
• Helping to create content such as articles, videos and graphics for our internal communication channels such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, e-mail
• Providing support for organisational activities such as maintaining an editorial plan, regularly updating overview documents for a broad user base
• Independently researching relevant information for the creation and maintenance of content, and, if necessary, interacting with internal stakeholders on your own
• Helping to create presentations for various target groups 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in the field of marketing, communication, media or similar
• High affinity for and confident use of common Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint
• Initial practical experience with graphics programmes used to edit communication media professionally, such as the Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Very good written and verbal English language skills
• Reliable, independent and structured working style
• Creative, good team spirit and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organisational skills and a hands-on mentality
