Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Planning and updating the agile playbook for the International IT organisation in SharePoint
• Assisting with the creation of new concepts
• Optimising processes as part of our agile transformation
• Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks within IT project management (e.g. documentation of work results, research, appointment/meeting management)
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
• Good English language skills to enable collaboration with (inter)national colleagues
• Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical way of thinking and the ability to learn quickly

Desirable extras.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
• HTML and CSS basics
• Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in agile working environments
• Knowledge of process optimisation
