Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Support for the ALDI Data & Analytics Management Office as the central point of contact for service owners or stakeholders
- Supporting, consulting, monitoring and reporting to relevant service owners and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with the Vendor Governance Framework is upheld
- Participating in regular team/project meetings within the ALDI Data & Analytics area, as well as in overarching discussions with Central Vendor Management and the Governance Board for ALDI Data & Analytics
- Gathering relevant contract/performance information and analysing it together with the service owners or stakeholders
- Preparing contract amendments and supervising their implementation, as well as reporting on these to stakeholders
- Auditing and reporting on discrepancies in suppliers’ invoices as well as the introduction of quality assurance measures, if necessary
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
- Experience in vendor relationship management or procurement
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot) and PowerPoint
- Experience in analysing and preparing data as well as providing reports
- Solution-oriented approach and an understanding of the agile concept (SCRUM)
- Ability to think in a structured and conceptual way as well as act independently
- Fluency in English
What is desirable.
- Experience in agile project management
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (in combination with think-cell, Efficient Elements, etc.) as well as other collaboration and moderation tools (e.g. Miro)
- Knowledge of data visualisation and the creation of dashboards with Tableau
