ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Tasks

  • Creating extraordinary and intuitive user interfaces with corresponding user experience (e.g. web, mobile, digital displays) 
  • Collaborating with the agile product teams for all UX/UI aspects including the creation of digital assets 
  • Creating the user journey, personas, storyboards as well as UI mockups and prototypes 
  • Organising and executing user tests, e.g. for intuitiveness and brand recognition for the continuous optimisation of our products 
  • Implementing competitor analyses for UX/UI designs 

Your Profile


  • Degree with a focus on design 
  • Extensive professional experience in UX/UI design for IT products 
  • Extensive experience in graphic design and prototyping (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma) 
  • Experience with web and mobile products and related technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS) 
  • Very good English language skills
