Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting our senior management in managing the delivery of the AHEAD transformation project to all countries
• Preparing committee presentations as well as decision papers and presentations for executive management
• Coordinating and consolidating planning status and progress reporting of all IT and business management teams related to the AHEAD transformation project
• Reporting for management as well as assuming responsibility for the organisation and harmonisation of senior management committees
• Participating in discussions and the coordination processes with stakeholders from IT and business teams at various management levels
• Coordinating and communicating with national and international colleagues as well as external partners

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Studies with a business or information technology background (e.g. business informatics, business administration, etc.)
• Experience in the field of stakeholder management or other related fields
• Strong PowerPoint skills (both creation of presentations and actual presenting in English) 
• Flexible and adaptable while maintaining a high degree of execution excellence
• Positive mindset, an analytical and structured way of working as well as assertiveness 
• Strong communication skills and business fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT strategy or management consulting
• Experience in international transformation projects
• Commitment, team spirit and sociability
