Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Being responsible for test management and quality assurance in the agile development of our ServiceNow platform
• Developing and implementing the test strategy, test plans and test automation
• Continuously implementing evolutionary changes to the testing approach
• Selecting suitable test methods, test tools and quality standards
• Coordinating and coaching the functional testers responsible for preparing and executing tests
• Establishing the test process and corresponding quality gates for the DevOps teams
• Defining KPIs and reporting on test quality
• Monitoring and supporting the performance of manual and automated tests
• Closely cooperating with our international, agile development teams and test management divisions for other platforms

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree or other relevant qualification/training with a focus on IT
• Several years of professional experience, as well as excellent methodical knowledge, in the area of test management and test automation
• Very good project management skills and a high level of assertiveness
• You are well-versed in agile working methods and actively contribute your ideas to continuously develop your strategies and concepts further
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are just as much a part of your working style as your strong planning and organisational skills
• Good presentation, moderation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and German

Desirable extras.

• ISTQB certification (or similar) is desirable
• Ideally, knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA, ServiceNow, Tosca)
