Your Job

What you give your best for.

•    Supporting ALDI SOUTH strategic ambition by centrally coordinating global AB testing efforts and, partnering with country team counterparts to develop and scale experiments and idea backlog
•    Collaborating with managerial employees and key interest groups from different business areas to identify and prioritise strategic options for using AI and analytics
•    Assuming responsibilitye for the execution of IDA, IFA, IPO and IPMO processes to ensure the smooth operation of programmes and planned, activities
•    Being accountable for Responsible for the content and organizsation of key global meetings to drive the alignment between country teams and global testing efforts
•    Monitoring industry trends and advancements in AI and analytics to ensure that our strategy and roadmaps remain competitive
•    Establishing relationships with international colleagues from multiple departments

Your Profile

What you should have.

•    A degree in business management or a comparable qualification
•    Experience in developing and driving structured processes
•    Very good written and verbal English language skills
•    Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar
•    Strong commercial  skills or experience in retail/FMCG management preferred
