  • Establishing, leading and developing a team
  • Continuously further developing our IT Service Management standards
  • Supporting our IT Services in the various ITSM disciplines
  • Defining control-relevant KPIs and preparing relevant reports
  • Closely cooperating with international departments and external partners

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree with the main focus on IT or business economics
  • Several years of experience in managing and developing employees
  • Very good knowledge of IT Service Management processes according to ITIL
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder settings with excellent communication skills
  • Profound numerical skills, analytical thinking and intercultural awareness
  • Very good English language skills
