Your Profile
What you should have.
- A degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in managing technical teams
- Excellent leadership, conflict management and communication skills
- Quick comprehension skills, analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
- A good understanding of how companies and their IT interact and the ability to think and work strategically
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary international teams and stakeholders
Desirable extras.
- In-depth knowledge of and interest in managing technical teams as well as a sound grasp of technical concepts and processes
- Experience in designing architecture principles, methods and frameworks and experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial: system integration, cloud technologies, data management and security
