Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Acting as a platform admin for our globally used self-service solutions using Tableau Desktop, Server and Prep
• Steering an external operations team in the area of incident management and troubleshooting
• Engaging with international stakeholders on platform updates, governance and new implementations
• Ensuring stable service operation, incl. performance monitoring and continuous service improvement

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Academic degree or apprenticeship in computer science
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of Tableau (e.g. connectivity with the Azure Cloud, troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrades, TSM commands, REST API)
• Several years of professional experience in the development of Tableau dashboards
• Structured way of working with an eye for prioritisation and audience-specific communication
• Fluency in English

What is desirable.

• Ideally several years of experience in leading (external) operational teams
• Experience in SQL, Python and other BI tools, such as Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud or PowerBI is a strong plus
• Practical experience in the automation of processes on the Tableau server
• First touchpoints with agile product management and working methods
