Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Leading and developing a motivated team of two to three employees
• Helping shape and drive forward strategic issues across teams within the department
• Assisting with the optimisation of national and international buying processes (tenders, negotiations, contract management)
• Supporting quarterly planning and communication with senior management
• Supporting financial planning within the department 
• Acting as an interface to relevant staff units across the entire organisation

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Academic degree in business economics, business informatics or a similar subject
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with various hierarchy levels 
• Excellent consulting skills with an ability to prepare and present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way 
• Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
• Very good German and English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Several years of professional experience in a central function (buying, finance, etc.) in a retail company
• Experience in leading small teams
• Familiarity with agile working methods
