Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Leads communication between the business and IT with regards to warehouse management systems  
• Analyses and assesses requirements together with international stakeholders  
• Supports agile ways of working such as creating user stories, defining sprints, creating test cases and executing knowledge transfers 
• Use your expertise in both IT and the business domain to contribute to the development of the global roadmap and identify business demands and work on future-oriented solutions 
• Ensure processes and system standards during deployment projects are met. In this context, you defend the global template and work with key stakeholders to minimize localisations except in the case of country-specific legal and regulatory requirements 
• Promotes sustainable and innovative ideas with a view to state-of-the art solutions  
• Cooperates with international teams in Europe, USA and Australia 

Your Profile

What you should have.

• A degree with a focus on business processes and IT
• Professional experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on warehouse management systems (e.g. Manhattan WMS) 
• 3+ years of project management experience in an international environment; business process analysis skills are prerequisite
• 5+ years of professional experience in being the strategic business partner in implementation of warehouse management systems, preferably with a focus on Manhattan WMS
• Independent, with individual initiative, very deep communication, analytical and strategic skills, an open mindset and persuasiveness 
• Fluency in written and spoken English, 
• Willingness to travel (20%)

What is desirable.

• German knowledge
