Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assuming overarching responsibility for implementing a holistic HR IT architecture 
• Working together with stakeholders to refine technical solutions and ensure seamless integration of architectural designs across systems
• Identifying technical risks and challenges
• Reviewing code as well as identifying the need for and helping to define coding standards 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or similar qualification with a focus on IT 
• Profound understanding of the end-to-end software and product development process and operational stability 
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies, especially for Workday to other enterprise systems and identity management / single sign on  
• Overarching, architectural mind set 
• A strong pro-active, let’s-do-it attitude: searching for improvement potential and triggering actions 
• Likes working independently and in overarching, cross-functional teams 

Desirable extras. 

• Preferably experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e., Recruiting, Core, Talent Management) 
• Experience in applying agile frameworks  
• German language skills are a plus
