Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing and pre-qualifying requirements concerning process optimisation and automation in coordination with our internal customers
• Translating and communicating business requirements into technical requirement documentation
• Preparing concepts for customised automation solutions, e.g. based on robotic process automation (RPA)
• Preparing technical and specialist documentation for automated processes
• Harmonising and optimising business sub-processes along the entire ALDI SOUTH value chain
• Holding training sessions and workshops for internal customers

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an IT consulting role
• Expertise in process and requirements analysis
• Interest in understanding and improving complex business processes in various business areas (HR, logistics, buying, IT etc.)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Prior experience in Service Management (ITIL) and/or IT project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum) and the respective certification
• Professional experience and diverse competencies in the area of process automation using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, VBA
• Good German language skills
