<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Providing consultation on the optimisation of service management processes and their mapping in ServiceNow
  • Designing and (further) developing workflow and reporting solutions in ServiceNow
  • Developing solutions – from requirements analysis to the design and development phase and ensuring the successful go live
  • Actively participating in projects
  • Closely cooperating with international business departments, external partners and our agile development team

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree or apprenticeship in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience working in a ServiceNow environment 
  • Ideally, specialist knowledge of one or several ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITBM, ITOM)
  • Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management processes and agile working methods is beneficial
  • Committed and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
