Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Developing standards and guidelines for the service management processes in an international specialist department (portfolio) in the Stores area
  • Coordinating (international) technical teams, root cause analyses and defining solutions for the complex problems in the Store Operations area
  • Monitoring KPIs and analysing the resulting data in coordination with the (international) technical teams
  • Advising the specialist departments on the application of methodical service management techniques (e.g. root cause analyses according to ITIL) to improve the service
  • Preparing and creating service management reports for stakeholders, e.g. specialist departments
  • Improving the overall quality of service by incorporating creative best practices and previous experience
  • Optimising operational processes continuously and across products, e.g. in the area of incident management
  • Advising (international) technical teams and providing project support with relation to best practices and documentation and quality standards in the Store Operations area

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT operations area (e.g. as support engineer, incident or problem manager)
  • Persuasiveness, decisiveness and strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge in using ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow and Jira
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders from the business and IT areas
  • Very good moderation and strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English language skills
