What you give your best for.
- Support for the department responsible for Data & Analytics platforms in service management, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Analyze data to identify patterns that contribute to problem identification and sustainable process improvement
- Monitor progress and coordinate ITSM artifacts, including requests, incidents, problems, knowledge articles, events, and changes
- Create and maintain documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and presentation slides
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, including data maintenance, research, and other administrative duties
Your Profile
What you should have.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with Data Warehouse and Data Lake systems, e.g., SAP BW and Azure Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with ticketing tools, e.g., ServiceNow
- High level of problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
