Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Project planning incl. budget and resource planning in consultation with the respective project leads and teams
• Monitoring projects across the entire project life cycle by maintaining project plans, action logs, risk logs and other documents essential for project management
• Conducting project reporting and tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Supporting the implementation of project management methods and tools as well as ensuring compliance with these standards, quality gates and mandatory processes
• Preparing committee presentations as well as decision papers and presentations for top management and executive management

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in IT, economics or engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management in an international group or management consulting firm
• Sound methodological skills in traditional project management (GPM, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Initial experience in agile project management is beneficial
• Excellent handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
• Excellent numerical and diplomatic skills as well as analytical thinking
• Very good English language skills
