Your Tasks

• Preparation of planning and extrapolation of IT project and business unit budgets
• Management of personnel capacities and resource requirements
• Implementation of plan/actual analyses and derivation of recommendations for action
• Preparation and further development of cost and capacity reports 
• Establishment and further development of structures and processes of controlling in the context of large-scale IT projects
• Close cooperation with international IT management and other controlling departments
• Processing of ad-hoc management requests

Your Profile

• Degree with a focus on business administration or comparable training
• Several years of experience in (project) controlling (business cases, reporting, ad-hoc analyses), ideally in the IT environment 
• Quick comprehension and flexibility in an agile environment
• Very good analytical skills and business knowledge
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, diplomatic skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
