Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Leading interdisciplinary and international teams in the development and implementation of innovative and complex NLP and GenAI solutions
• Demonstrating your proven and extensive consulting expertise to advise stakeholders at management level on strategic topics and initiatives in the areas of NLP, machine learning and GenAI
• Leading international and interdisciplinary teams in establishing AI and GenAI solutions in the corporate environment
• Assuming responsibility for AI projects, including resource planning and quality assurance
• Using your in-depth understanding of current research and further development in the fields of NLP and GenAI and their significance in the company context
• Acting as a mentor for team members and promoting talent development and knowledge sharing

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, data science or a related field with a focus on AI, NLP or generative AI
• At least five years of relevant professional work experience and proven practical experience
• Expertise in advanced NLP technologies, machine learning and GenAI as well as proven success in terms of implemented or managed GenAI projects with rollout in a corporate environment
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, advanced programming languages and the productive use of GenAI frameworks and specialised RAG architectures
• Strong leadership skills, strategic planning ability and experience in building and leading interdisciplinary and international teams
