The Customer Interaction department in our Digital Services unit always has the digital customer experience in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions, and using online tools comes naturally to you. As part of the team, you’ll develop digital “must-haves” for a wide variety of apps and websites, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for our customers
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Continuously improving the productivity of agile product teams
- Training and coaching the teams in the application of agile principles and methods
- Ensuring that all required events and artifacts are used within the teams
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters from the same cluster in the Scrum of Scrums
- Exchanging information with our company’s other Scrum Masters in a CoP
- Supporting the scaling framework and introducing OKRs in the company
- Supporting the establishment of a company-wide agile leadership approach
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Initial experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in cross-functional teams
- Theoretical and practical experience in agile methodologies
- Initial experience in the areas of coaching and training
- An interest in working on a scaled agile transformation
- Passion for generating one of the largest agile e-commerce transformations
- Very good English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Basic knowledge in the area of agile software development
- Experience in the field of e-commerce
- Competencies in the area of OKR or Enterprise Portfolio Kanban
- Knowledge about the challenges of digitalisation in retail
- Recognising and moderating team conflicts
- An empathetic, trusting and motivating manner
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
