The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Center team is focused on providing a stable SAP BTP environment and developing value-added apps on the SAP Business Technology Platform with UX standardization in mind.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Coaching, development and support of one or more cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Establishment and further development of agile values, methods and techniques in the supported teams
• Promotion of the agile mindset and optimization of work processes and methods
• Maintaining a good team atmosphere through clear and sensitive communication
• Supporting the teams in identifying and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring that teams work in a self-organized way to achieve sprint goals
• Coordinating agile sprints, retrospectives and reviews as well as creating reports

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Relevant practical work experience in accompanying agile teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as assertiveness
• Hands-on process understanding of Scrum in agile software development or agile project management
• Structured, conscientious approach and experience handling multiple product teams simultaneously
• Very good command of English

What is desirable.

• Scrum master certification
• Ideally experience in DevOps and software development projects
