<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Coordinating agile sprints, retrospectives and reviews as well as actively supporting the agile teams
- Identifying and eliminating structural, process-related and social dysfunctions in the agile teams
- Selecting and establishing suitable tools and methods for supporting the agile teams in a targeted way
- Introducing agile processes and methods within the company (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or SAFe/LeSS)
- Sharing information and cooperating with other Scrum Masters and promoting an agile approach within the company
- Assisting in the establishment of a modern leadership approach based on agile values and principles
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- University degree with a focus on IT or similar relevant qualification/training
- Experience in agile software development or agile project management
- Certified Scrum Master with relevant professional experience
- Excellent team player
- Very good presentation, moderation and communication skills
- A very good command of the English language
