Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Coordinating the technical configurations and updating of the print marketing (database publishing) solution LAGO 
• Implementing and continuously improving technical processes in connection with various tools (such as Adobe Experience Cloud (Workfront, DAM), S4/HANA and PIM (P360)) 
• Coordinating and cooperating with different stakeholders and dependent institutions 
• Increasing efficiency and optimising the tool by adapting the technology and infrastructure 
• Training end users for the tool stack and ongoing testing 
• Supporting end users, including incident handling 
• Creating and further developing technical and business-relevant documentation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree in the field of business studies or economics with a focus on marketing or computer science 
• Experience with print marketing content or techniques (database publishing), ideally with LAGO (Comosoft) 
• Experience in working with print marketing (database publishing) or similar, or open to acquiring technical knowledge 
• Experience in dealing with different service providers and stakeholders in an international context 
• Strong communication skills in English with a structured way of handling your own tasks and a proactive approach to achieving results paired with a strong team spirit 
• An affinity for working with different colleagues, stakeholders and customers

Desirable extras.

Experience with agile working methods 

• Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira
