The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Center team focuses on providing a stable SAP BTP environment and building value-adding apps on the SAP Business Technology Platform while considering UX standardisation.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Developing a long-term SAP UX journey and establish the SAP UX mindset
  • Driving, owning and continuously updating ALDI SAP UX guidelines and methods, while considering joy of use and usability
  • Proactively identifying innovative potentials in context of process optimization
  • Regular reporting on ALDI´s current and future direction on SAP UX topics 
  • Listen, understand, act – strategic definition of concepts of feedback, its evaluation and derivation of necessary actions
  • Defining and reporting UX targets including measurable KPIs
  • Driving user-centered delivery approach within SAP BTP Center
  • Consulting for UX-related ALDI projects/products within the SAP BTP Center
  • Coordinating SAP UX topics with Stakeholders up to management level on a global basis

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Experience of applying industry relevant design language, preferably SAP Fiori
  • Broad and deep practical knowledge of industry relevant UX methods, e.g. UCD, UR, DT in a DevOps and/or agile environment
  • Data based Experience Management
  • A degree in the fields of design / communication / media design, or comparable training
  • At least five years of relevant professional work experience 
  • Very good communication skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in a simple manner
  • Strong customer and solution-oriented work as well as a quick grasp paired with an analytical and methodical approach
  • Fluency in English
