Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Cooperating with the strategic SAP licence manager and acting as a single point of contact as an SAP licence expert for the ALDI SOUTH Group
• Supporting the technical departments with all SAP licence issues, in particular with regard to possible optimisation approaches
• Demonstrating expertise in the area of SAP product strategy and evaluating the impact on the product portfolio as well as developing recommendations for action
• Implementing measures to ensure that licence consumption complies with the terms of use at all times, as well as developing own concepts and driving innovation
• Using the existing licence management tool and identifying potential for its further development
• Coordinating and consolidating SAP cost planning with the relevant technical departments
• Assisting with the creation of processes, guidelines, training and internal communication as well as the definition of interfaces

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or business
• Sound professional experience in the area of SAP licence management
• Experience with a SAM tool specialised in SAP solutions
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience in analysing and processing complex data as well as the use of corresponding analysis tools
• Expert knowledge of the MS Office portfolio, especially MS Excel
