Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Participating in global SAP Concur projects
• Assuming responsibility for the continuous development of and support for SAP Concur
• Analysing and pre-qualifying new requirements in cooperation with our internal customers
• Recording and documenting requirements in a structured and logical way
• Defining test cases, creating test data and providing support with internal tests and UATs
• Holding training sessions for internal customers
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, HR or in a similar focus area
• Relevant experience in using travel and expense software solutions, preferably SAP Concur
• Positive attitude as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of working in order to understand and improve complex business processes
• Initiative, decision-making ability and persuasiveness
• Strong communication skills and business fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• German language skills are a plus
• Experience in applying agile frameworks
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
• Understanding of IT landscapes, software development and technical dependencies
