The team SAP Business Technology Plattform (BTP) Center has the focus to provide a stable SAP BTP environment ant to build value-adding Apps on SAP Business Technology Platforms while considering UX Standardization.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Coach, develop and support one or more cross-functional teams and stakeholders in delivering SAP BTP AI software products
• Act as a partner and support the relevant Product Owner
• Establish and further develop agile values, methods and techniques within the supported teams
• Promote an agile mindset and optimise work processes and methods
• Maintain a good team atmosphere through clear and sensitive communication
• Support teams in identifying and resolving conflicts and facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution
• Coordinate agile sprints, retrospectives and reviews as well as create reports and management presentations
• Ensure the teams work in a self-organised manner to achieve sprint goals
• Ensure the delivery of implemented and maintained product standards to the Product Owner and management

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Knowledge of agile and DevOps approaches within software development
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
• Ideally experienced Scrum Master with mentoring and coaching skills 
• Very good process understanding, solution-oriented hands-on mindset and quick comprehension of new concepts and complex information
• Effective communication with developers, partners and executives 
• Highly flexible to juggle various teams and topics, able to work under pressure

Desirable extras.
