The international business and IT units at ALDI SOUTH ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used – both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our experts develop business processes for worldwide deployment at ALDI SOUTH. 


In the Store Operations team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with store merchandise management and you feel comfortable working with analysis tools. You optimally develop customer and business processes for our stores to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Become part of our international team of experts and shape the future of retail at ALDI SOUTH.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Independently carrying out sub-projects for the further development and digitalisation of store management processes
  • Developing best practices for new processes in stores (nationally and internationally)
  • Implementing pilot projects in selected national business entities
  • Coordinating future business processes and system functions with the national business entities in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, the USA and Australia
  • Organising and leading workshops to develop target processes and requirements for a future-oriented sales process
  • Supporting projects by creating reports and presentations

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Successfully completed degree in business studies or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in process optimisation and project management
  • Experience with software solutions in the area of retail is desirable
  • Very good English and German language skills, spoken and written
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Convincing manner and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
