Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Analysing and documenting existing business processes, workflows and systems related to article lifecycle management
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders in the process communication application area to understand business needs and translate them into requirements
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
  • Participating in the design, development and implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Conducting user acceptance tests and providing support during system implementation
  • Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices, as well as sharing knowledge with the team

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Profound experience as a business analyst in the retail industry, particularly in article lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows
  • Very good analytical and strategic skills and experience with requirement analysis
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
  • Experience working as part of an agile team
  • Communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
  • Very good English skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • German language skills are beneficial
