Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Establishing, leading and strategically developing international teams in an SAP reporting environment
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from all departments (e.g. Store Operations and Buying) in order to implement requirements for globally harmonised KPIs and dashboards
  • Establishing quality assurance by creating documentation and development standards in the demand-to-solution process and cross-domain alignments
  • Reviewing the use of reporting solutions and creating internal stakeholder surveys to gather feedback on the reporting products developed
  • Identifying adequate front-end solutions for reports across the different business units 
  • Managing external service partners (onshore/offshore) and establishing stable and successful long-term collaborations
  • Collaborating on cross-reporting projects and initiatives in our International Data & Analytics (IDA) business unit
  • Assuming responsibility for and managing the departmental budget

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • University degree or comparable qualification with a focus on IT
  • Several years experience (5+ years) in the disciplinary management of large reporting teams in high growth enterprises and working across product and technology departments
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, positive mindset, analytical and structured way of thinking and working as well as enjoyment in shaping and actively driving changes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Several years of experience in using SAP BW and SAP S/4HANA is desirable
  • Quality assurance (documentation, development standards, risk owner, goal owner)
  • Performance measurements, customer surveys
  • Tool strategy, data availability
  • Process improvements, role definitions
