The Customer Interaction department of our Digital Services unit focuses on how our customers use and experience our services online. Our ideal candidate would be familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools should come naturally to you. As part of the team you will help develop digital “must-haves” for various apps and websites, thus ensuring an excellent online experience for our customers.
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Assuming responsibility for the planning and implementation of software releases within our Digital Services unit
- Managing the release calendar, incl. all dependencies
- Overseeing continuous improvement of the software release process, incl. timelines and increasing the degree of automation
- Working closely with the software project manager, the build management team, the integration team as well as the software test manager
- Advising the business teams on the planning of development phases and delivery deadlines
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Assuming responsibility for process support documentation (e.g. release notes)
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- University degree with a focus on information technology
- Several years of professional experience in release management and software development – ideally in an international context
- Sound knowledge of web applications, web technologies, system architectures, DevOps and interfaces
- Very good English language skills
Desirable extras.
- Experience in the use of ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as communication and team skills
