Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Collaborating in the Project Management Office of an international IT transformation project
• Supporting and consulting project management with project management methods and tools
• Providing support for IT controlling of the project (budgeting, schedules, quality)
• Project supervision and supporting the management of the project portfolio
• Creating monthly reports, maintenance of project plans and scope lists
• Managing external partners and cooperation with international IT departments
• Overall coordination with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree in business administration/economics, information technology or engineering
• Experience in international project management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint and JIRA is also advantageous
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Flexibility, commitment and a good sense of diplomacy
• Assertiveness, team spirit, interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
