Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Redesign and further development of national and international business processes in the branch area
• Process analysis and identification of optimisation potentials in the branch area
• Independent management of (sub-)projects for the implementation of new processes and best-practice approaches in the branch area
• Identification of change requirements, commissioning of the development process and coordination of the timely implementation in cooperation with our internal and external system and IT specialists
• Coordination of concepts as well as their implementation with project management and executive management 
• Coordination of cross-departmental decisions for end-to-end processes

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or information technology
• Relevant project or consulting experience in project management or requirements engineering, ideally in an international retail environment
• High level of initiative, willingness to innovate and change
• Experience with software solutions and process knowledge in the retail sector desirable
•  Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications
