As Project Expert Finance & Administration (m/f/x), you will drive forward the digitalisation, optimisation and automation of our business processes, support project leads in the execution of work packages and ensure that project objectives are achieved on time. Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Assuming responsibility for and coordinating project topics in the Finance & Administration area
  • Introducing and managing standard and digital processes (incl. digitalisation, optimisation and automation of processes)
  • Creating and updating process descriptions and procedure documentation
  • Supporting the implementation of RPA − Robotic Process Automation
  • Acting as a point of contact for demand and incident management (ticket handling) relating to RPA
  • Partially managing relevant projects from a business perspective
  • Assuming responsibility for project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing functional and operative support to project leads
  • Cooperating and coordinating with international IT and other departments

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Academic degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Relevant experience in international project management
  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of finance, accounting as well as a strong interest in IT
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as persuasiveness
  • Initiative and a high motivation to perform
  • Reliable, independent and autonomous work approach

 

Desirable extras.

  • Initial knowledge of common software for business process management as well as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Initial experience with Confluence
