Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Coordinating roadmaps, requirements and priorities regarding the e-commerce strategy in an agile setup across countries and business units as well as ensuring compliance with and implementation of programme guidelines and requirements
  • Identifying and managing dependencies across different projects to quickly deliver business value to our markets and customers
  • Supporting the e-commerce transformation by creating, implementing and monitoring guidelines and standards in an e-commerce product organisation
  • Regularly communicating with and reporting to different management levels
  • Cooperating with various PMO teams within the International IT department and the deployment teams of the relevant countries
  • Identifying “early-stage” risks regarding deadlines, dependencies and costs as well as initiating measures to reduce these risks

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • At least five years of professional experience in programme management using agile methodologies
  • Excellent conceptual, planning and organisational skills as well as creative work approaches
  • An eye for detail and an understanding of structures and the bigger picture as well as the ability to maintain a healthy balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
  • Ability to conceptually visualise contexts and a structured approach to processing topics or issues
  • Excellent intercultural and cross-hierarchical communication skills in German and English

 

Desirable extras.

  • Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Good understanding of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Lean) and experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
