Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for IT solutions in one of the following areas: customer data management, value-added services, customer insights and analytics 
  • Working with international specialist teams to understand and prioritise future needs 
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end product life cycle: vision, requirements, development and testing in close collaboration with all relevant areas 
  • Managing the product backlog and the associated quality-related and functional requirements 
  • Utilising agile practices and ceremonies 

Your Profile

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration 
  • Several years of professional experience in requirements management, ideally in an international and agile context 
  • Relevant experience in one of the following areas: customer data management, customer data analysis or customer retention through value-added services and loyalty programmes 
  • Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong communication skills 
  • Very good English language skills
