Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting and actively driving the definition, specification and realisation of system capabilites and business processes with a focus on international inbound processes
• Collaborating with product owners, system integrators, other specialist departments and ALDI SOUTH countries to develop the best end-to-end solution
• Assuming responsibility for work packages and results in projects and identifying risks that hinder a successful implementation
• Representing the business domain within the scope of design workshops to protect the global template where possible and identify capability gaps
• Applying industry best practices in the areas of transportation and process management to establish a lean and efficient solution
• Further developing and creating documentation and training material to ensure correct use of the system

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on business administration or logistics or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the logistics department, especially with international inbound processes (e.g. sea freight import) is desirable
• Experience in working with transportation management software (SAP TM, Oracle, Blue Yonder) is optional 
• Experience in working on large international and multi-disciplinary projects is desirable
• Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment
• Self-driven personality with a process-oriented mindset
• Commitment, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and targets
• Professional and persuasive communication skills and resilience when dealing with critical stakeholders
• Very good English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
